The arrival of a new lens for a photographer is a very exciting time and I am no different, unfortunately the arrival of my new Tamron Telephoto lens has been sullied by some of the worst spring weather we have seen in our 5 years living in Hungary! That of course is not to say that I have not been out playing and trying to get some use out of it, I have had a chance to form some first impressions that I will share here and I will do a more in depth review when I get a chance to use it in conditions that are a little more conducive to photography!
Build Quality
Just as the Tamron 17-50...
The Tamron SP AF 17-50mm F/2.8 XR Di II LD Lens does not have the snappiest of names and I will not bother with trying to explain what all the letters mean as it is all "techy" and to be honest I do not understand. I have had this lens for some time now and whilst it is not my go to lens, that honour is bestowed on my Sigma 50mm f2.8 Macro lens due to it's Macro capabilities, every time I mount it on my camera it produces wonderful images!

After biting the bullet a couple of weeks ago I finally got my hands on my new Sigma 50mm F2.8 EX DG Macro a couple of weeks ago and my experiences to date are very good indeed.
The Feel
I am fairly conservative with my lens purchases...
My first foray into reviewing kit but hopefully you find this useful, it will not be a tech heavy review, I enjoy taking pictures and first and foremost all my reviews will be about producing good pictures at a reasonable cost ;)

They both fit have a universal mount that will clip on to any lens with a diameter of 52-67mm. The Raynox DCR-150 has a magnification factor of 1.5X where as the Raynox DCR-250 Macro Attachment...
